Hi! Welcome here. I am a visual artist based in Canada’s Pacific Northwest. 

Though I have spent the last 20 years working in digital media as a professional photographer, videographer, and graphic designer, painting has been something that has followed me throughout my life. Bob Ross inspired my first paintings as a little girl and sometimes I hear his voice in the back of my mind as I paint a ‘happy little tree’.

I am heavily inspired by my Pacific Northwest surroundings, but also the things closer to home like my garden, my cats and my family.

An art teacher once told me that I’d make a great “commercial artist” and though it was maybe meant as a compliment, I always worried about sharing what I did because it wasn’t as profound as someone who ‘painted their emotions’, so to say. I’ve since learned that none of that matters, so here we are; sharing away.

I like to think that I am a millennial who is recovering from a culture of neutrals and a fear of vibrancy.  I’m here to make things that are colourful, joyful, a little nostalgic, and hopefully make you smile.
